East evenue

Established in 2011, East Avenue is a high-end compound in the Sanlitun area. It contains apartments with underfloor heating that range from a 57sqm studio layout to a 193sqm 3 bedroom layout. The building has commerce space on the first floor giving you easy access to many amenities and shops.

Location
East Avenue is located in the popular Sanlitun in the heart of the north diplomatic area, making it a very popular hangout for expats.
